Jen Wende

 

 

 

 

Jen operates under 3 principles; breathe, move and connect. As a mom she values using what is learned in the classroom and applying it to daily life. Jen is a wellness coach certified in yoga therapy, Barre, Pilates and Yoga Tune Up®, with an enthusiasm for essential oils. Her approach uses anatomical alignment principles, restoration and mindset practices. Her goal is to guide clients in strengthening their body and mind and releasing physical and mental stress to allowing for vibrancy to shine through.

Martina teaches vinyasa, yin, pre and postnatal and kids yoga.  After completing her 200hr vinyasa teacher training at Luna Yoga, she went on to study Yin Yoga at Happy Tree, Kids Yoga with Radiant Child and Prenatal Yoga with Janice Clarefield, as well as her Mom and Baby Yoga training with Jayme Hernandez.  She is currently studying Yoga Therapy at Naada Yoga and focuses on yoga for women, children and families.  She started practicing yoga while playing tennis competitively at the University of Colorado.  Her experience living in the Rocky Mountains inspired her to deepen her yoga practice and to study all things holistic.

 

Jewel Lee

Jewel is a passionate yoga teacher who works on intuition and with compassion. In 2006, she tried yoga in few places in town, but it is really during a visit to a meditation center that she came back with a profound desire to further her studies in this yoga and holistic health. Since meeting her master yoga teacher in 2014, she devotes her time and energy to a continued education of anatomy in movement, yoga in alignment, and teaching in and around the metropolitan.

After trying many styles of yoga in different studios and teachers, her interest shifts more toward the original source of yoga, which is therapy in nature.

Her classes, workshops and sessions are open to all levels, all genders, sizes and ages. When she demonstrates, guides and teaches the alignment of the body in yoga poses, she may seem to be strict for safety matters, but her energy is light and her enthusiasm will come through with each interactions.

Her forte is the way she adapts to anybody’s needs, levels and ailments. Her yoga session sequencing is well designed to balance everything in harmony: nervous system, structure, digestive system and beyond.

Her main goal and intention in sharing and guiding yoga is the well-being and the peace in each and everybody through yoga, nutrition and mindfulness in everyday living.
