Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is the sanskrit word for “union”. This class will give expectant moms a chance to spend time connecting with their body and their growing baby. Gentle yoga postures will energize, develop strength and flexibility. Breath work and pelvic floor toning is practiced over the course of the session in preparation for labour. Yoga during pregnancy helps to alleviate strains in the ever changing body, and hasten recovery once the baby is born.

New session to start: Jan 29th 2017.  Please reserve your spot for the session.  Trial class on January 22nd 6:45-7:45pm 20$.
