Banana-Chai Smoothie – Week 2

Ingredients for 1L:

– 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or other nut, grain or seed milk)
– 1 cup Coconut water
– 4 Medjool dates, pitted (soaked if using a conventional blender)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp chai spices (Épices de cru blend or other chai mix without tea)
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1 big banana
– Pinch of sea salt

Blend it all up….It’s like fall in a glass!
