Golden Milk Latte


  • 4 cups of your favorite plant based milk (I used oat milk to switch it up in this recipe but like to use almond milk or coconut milk also)
  • 1-2 tsp of vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder (loving this)
  • 2 drops of Turmeric Essential Oil (plus 1tsp of turmeric powder to make it look golden or simply use 1-2 Tbs of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 drop of black pepper essential oil or a spinkle of black pepper powder (it helps to absorb the turmeric better)
  • 1 drop of Cinnamon essential oil (I really like the punch of the oil but you can use 1-2 tsp of cinnamon powder)
  • Maple syrup to taste (I usually use 2 Tbs but depends on the batch)
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger grated

Blend it all up and enjoy it cold or warm!
