Green Appletini

This juice is great for liver health and reducing inflammation. 
In a juicer-
2 whole green apples, sliced
1/2 red apple (I love using gala)
1.25 cup of green grapes
20 g lemon (it’s about 1/2 med lemon or 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil)
150 g skinless cucumber
1-2 drops of lemongrass essential oil
Everything is organic! It’s important to get organic apples since it’s one of the most sprayed crops. Especially important when juicing. 
The lemongrass adds a slight zing to the sweetness of the grapes & apple. This drink can be made in a blender and then strained. Essential oil should be added once strained. 
Alternative recipe can be to replace lemongrass and 20 g of lemon with just 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil.
