Hazel-Chaga Smoothie Week 4

Ingredients for 1L:

– 2/3 cup soaked hazelnuts (8h hours in tap water, drained and rinsed)
– 4 cups chaga infusion (100g of chaga chunks in 1L of boiling water, turn off the heat and let stand for 3 hours, you can reuse your chaga 3-4 times)
– 2 heap tbsp cocoa
– 3 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp hemp seeds
– 2 tsp maca powder (for a little boost)
– 2 tsp cricket powder optional (for more protein, if you are game!)

Strain it through a fine sieve with a cheesecloth or nutmilk bag. Drink it hot or cold for a coffee replacement!
