Holiday Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond butter or crunchy almond butter (you can also blend it up yourself)
  • 1/2 cup of honey (I used a 1/4 of a cup)
  • 2 Tbs of chia
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 3 drops of Doterra Wild Orange essential oil (it really makes them delish but you can omit this part)
  • 1 cup of finely shredded coconut (if you don’t like coconut then they are yummy without it too!)

In a big bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except for the coconut.  Once its all mixed up, roll little energy balls. 

Put the shredded coconut on a plate or flat surface and roll the balls into the coconut to coat them

Put them in the fridge for 30 min firm them up and enjoy!

Note:

You can store them in the fridge or freezer
