Lavender Latte

Looking for a sleepy time drink?  Or something that will help with relaxation or calming?

Try this!


  • 4 cups of almond milk (or any plant based milk of choice)
  • 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (make sure you can take it internally like Doterra’s Lavender) **
  • 1/4 of tsp of vanilla powder or 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbs of maple syrup to sweeten if needed

Blend up all the ingredients and enjoy cold or warm (if you warm it up add the essential oil in at the end)

**if you don’t have a Lavender Oil that you can ingest then you could get lavender tea and steep it to make it strong: 1/4 cup with the tea bag or 1x Tbs of loose eatable lavender flowers….
