Lavender Latte

This recipe is similar to the Lavender Latte I have made in the past but I added in vanilla and blueberries and I love it even more!


  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 4 cups of almond milk or your choice of plant based milk (my fav these days is oat milk)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract or 1/4-1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
  • 2 drops of Doterra Lavender Essential Oil (you can take this one internally or steep a lavender tea bag or 1 Tbs of dried lavender in a 1/4 cup of water and put that into the smoothie)
  • 2 Tbs of maple syrup (or you can use honey)

Blend it all up and enjoy!
