Mama Baby Yoga

image-19Mom and Baby Yoga is an integrated practice where both mom and baby benefit.  Through meditation, breathing, and postures, yoga of sound, we learn to be present to whoever you and baby are feeling in an open and accepting way.  In class we will address our physical, mental and emotional needs.  The intention of this class is to give parents tools to help them be happy, healthy and relaxed in their moment to moment life.  This class is suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawling.  No yoga experience required.
