Mom and Tot Fitness Class

Want to continue to get a good workout with your toddler?

This class is great for moms wanting to continue to work on their fitness goals while having their active baby or toddler around!
Enjoy a safe environment for your “crawler” or “walker” to play with their friends or help you work harder!

This class will focus on:
– Circuit training using skipping ropes, trampoline, bike, treadmill, free weights, stability balls and elastics.

Focus: total body strength, core, posture and flexibility.

*this class is a continuation from the mama baby class but it is open to all moms with crawlers or walkers!
