Kale Chips







I am all about finding recipes that are healthy and taste great.   Here is a great find:

Kale Chips :

  • Great for adults and kids too!  They are crunchy and yummy!

Benefits of Kale:

  • High in antioxidants (helps to decrease the risk of developing cancer)
  • High in fiber
  • Anti-inflammatory (especially great for arthritis)
  • High in vitamins K, A and C!


  • 1 bunch of kale
  • Cut up kale (chip size) and place it on a baking sheet
  • Sprinkle around 2 Tbs. of olive oil and mix it around
  • Bake at 350F for 10 min (stirring half way)
  • Enjoy!

*try sprinkling some nutritional yeast on top for a cheesy taste!
