Relaxing Bath Salts

This is a easy and amazing self-care routine!

What you need:

  • 1-2 cups of Epsom salts (enough to fill up a mason jar)
  • 2 Tbs of fractionated coconut oil (or melt 2 Tbs of regular coconut oil)
  • 1/4 cup of baking soda
  • 15-20 drops of your essential oil of choice.  (I have been loving my Eucalyptus since it makes me feel like I am at the spa!  Otherwise I have been mixing my Eucalyptus with Rosemary)

**Other good relaxing combos: Lavender, Serenity and Balance (my all time favorite).

How to:

Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar and voila!
