Restorative Yoga

After a long week, this class will give you the chance to relax and restore you body, mind and spirit. Using bolsters and props, be guided through deep breathing, and postures that require you only to let go and ease into a meditative and calm state. Restorative yoga prevents the effects of chronic stress and improves quality of sleep by calming the body through supported poses.
This class is for all levels.
