Open to all levels, Vinyasa Flow yoga offers a rhythmic and energetic approach to yoga.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga  – Mondays from 6:00 – 7:30 pm

The breath-driven movement leads to the stillness of deep relaxation, allowing the physical practice of yoga to serve as an invaluable tool for self-realization and reflection.

Variations are offered to allow participants to modify the practice to individual levels of fitness and experience, and to accommodate any injuries or specific challenges.

Vinyasa Flow is often referred to as “meditation in motion” and this creative yoga practice rejuvenates body and mind.
