I am happy to announce that I have graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and I am now a Certified Holistic Nutritionist! 

I started this journey over 6 years ago knowing that it might take me some time to finish the program since I am busy with my 3 kids and running my own fitness studio!

The exciting part is that I can combine my nutritional knowledge with fitness to create a program that is multi-faceted and personalized for the individual. It’s looking at exercise and nutrition from both sides to find a plan that works. Looking outside the traditional “box”.

Why Holistic Nutrition?

This program interested me because it looks at the whole individual. Holistic nutrition is a science-based discipline that takes into account that each person has unique nutritional requirements.

A Holistic Nutritionist can evaluate nutritional needs by identifying symptoms that indicate health imbalances.

It showed me how natural foods could improve an individual’s all round state of well being.

Over the past few years, for instance, I had a lot of digestive issues, which I was able to solve with the help of whole foods, avoiding certain foods that irritated my digestive system and improving my gut health.
