Mama Baby Bootcamp Class

Class Location: Girouard Park
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am
Start: End of May until end of August 2013 (Drop in’s are welcome-don’t have to commit to the whole summer)

Enjoy the fresh air with your baby and get fit while having fun with other Moms. This class will focus on getting Mom back into shape with the help of her baby. We use your baby as resistance and work hard to get back to you rore-pregnancy state or even stronger.

This will be a circuit class and we will work to:

  • Increase total body strength
  • Special focus on core strength
  • Work on flexibility
