Pre-Natal Fitness Classes

Belly Mamas

This class is a prenatal fitness class that will prepare the mom to be for labor and the demands of motherhood to come.  Different modifications will be shown depending on your level and trimester. Classes are given in a small group setting in order to offer a private and personnalized training.  The class will focus on:

  • Do’s and Dont’s of pre-natal training
  • Circuit training using :
    • Stability balls
    • Elastics
    • Small free weights
    • Treadmill, stairs and spinning bike
    • Mats
  • Special appearances from specialists to cover different topics related to prenatal issues.

Benefits of exercise during pregnancy:

  • Helps alleviate varicose veins
  • Helps to alleviate discomforts (ex:back pain)
  • More energy
  • Increase self-esteem (feel better)
  • Proper posture
  • Helps circulation
