Slow Flow


Gain body balance, flexibility and strength in this 8 week series (Jan 11 to March 1st 2017).

Classes offer both active and restorative sequences of movement for a versatile physical practice incorporating basic postures synchronized with mindful breath.  Participants are provided with a calming, stress-relieving safe space of non-judgement.  Weekly themed classes reflect teachings in acceptance, truth, love and self-care.

Open to all levels; beginners welcome.  Includes music, hands-on adjustments, meditation and breathing exercises.

This series is all about you; offer your body and mind a peaceful rejuvenation.
