Smoothie Challenge Week 1

Booster-Helper Smoothie

Ingredients for 1L:

1 1/2 cups raw apple juice
1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp minced ginger
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Put all ingredients into the blender and enjoy!
