Smoothie Challenge – Week 3

Antioxidant Boost

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (I ended up using frozen strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, hemp milk or any nondairy milk of your choice
  • 1 cup spinach

Wash and prep all the ingredients.  Blend and serve.
