Smoothie Challenge – Week 4

Creamy Almond



  • 2 cups of almond milk (I made an almond/cashew milk but you can use any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 Tbs of almond butter (if you prefer peanut butter I am sure this would be delicious too)
  • 1-2 Tbs of maple syrup (or you can use dates instead)
  • 1 Tbs of pumpkin seed protein powder or your favorite plant based protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

I have to say that this is one of my favorites.  For those of you who use maca you can add 1tsp of maca to this recipe.
