Week 2 of the Studio Vie Smoothie Challenge

Almond Cookie – Almond smoothie with cinnamon, cacao nibs, banana and vanilla.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 Tb of almond butter
  • 2 Tb of cacao nibs
  • 2 tsp of non-alcohol vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
