Chia Pudding

This is a great simple recipe that you can eat on it's own as a dessert or snack and otherwise add it to your breakfast bowl, make overnight oats or add to your hot cereal and more!

Ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 cups of non-dairy milk of choice (fill up a medium size mason jar)

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil OR 1 Tbs of cinnamon powder

  • 1-2 Tbs of maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

**Optional: you can add fresh or frozen fruit to your chia pudding

**Note: if you want a chocolate pudding, add in some cacao powder or if you want a strawberry pudding, add in some strawberries (you can blend them up to make it more like a strawberry sauce)

How to:

  • Add your chia to your mason jar, maple syrup and vanilla

  • Fill up the rest of the mason jar with the milk

  • Shake it up and then leave it in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours

**Variation:you can add 1/4 cup of oats and make overnight oats...

Here's an example of my breakfast bowl where I added my chia pudding, raisins, banana, homemade granola:

    Voilà! Enjoy..
