NEW YEARS RESET PROGRAM!

Excited to announce that I will be offering a one month Reset Program to help you kickstart the New Year and get on track! This program can be used as an add-on to the classes you already attend online with me or on your own. It’s going to be a great way to RESET and start the New Year off in the right direction.

The theme of the program is Healthy Living. We will focus not only on fitness but mobility, healthy recipes and nutrition tips. The idea is to keep it simple and realistic for you to be able to add these healthy tips and tricks into your everyday routine. You will also send me your goals for 2022, since I want to be able to personalize the program for each person. I will give you tips and recommendations to help achieve your goals!

Here is an outline of what you will receive:

WEEK 1:

  • 1x 30 min LIVE power workout weekly on Monday 12-12:30pm.

  • 1x 30 min LIVE class in the kitchen: this session will give you tools to organize your kitchen to get your ready for our healthy eating (clean eating) theme. I will give you some resources and info on what to focus on to get you going. I will give you tips and recipes too.

  • 2 recipes by email (some of these over the month will be pre-recorded and sent to you).

  • 1x 10 min mobility and foam roller session (pre-recorded so you can do it on your own time)

WEEK 2:

  • 1x 30 min LIVE power workout weekly on Monday 12-12:30pm.

  • 1x 30 min LIVE class in the kitchen: this session will focus on Healthy Snacks. I will give you ideas on what to make, and ideas of what to have on hand (easy and simple but to keep you going longer).

  • 2 recipes by email (some of these over the month will be pre-recorded and sent to you).

  • 1x 10 min mobility and foam roller session (pre-recorded so you can do it on your own time)

WEEK 3:

  • 1x 30 min LIVE power workout weekly on Monday 12-12:30pm.

  • 1x 30 min pre-recorded class in the kitchen: How to make Veggie Broth, Meal Soup and get other tips/tricks.

  • 2 recipes by email (some of these over the month will be pre-recorded and sent to you).

  • 1x 10 min mobility and foam roller session (pre-recorded so you can do it on your own time)

WEEK 4:

  • 1x 30 min LIVE power workout weekly on Monday 12-12:30pm.

  • 1x 30 min pre-recorded class in the kitchen: Dragon Bowl Recipe and a healthy drink.

  • 2 recipes by email (some of these over the month will be pre-recorded and sent to you).

  • 1x 10 min mobility and foam roller session (pre-recorded so you can do it on your own time)

**if you can’t make it to the live classes, you will receive the recordings and have access to them for the full month of the program!
