SPRING RESET PROGRAM

Since the New Year’s Reset was such a success, I wanted to be able to offer this type of program seasonally with different themes depending on the time of year!

The theme of this program is spring cleaning. We will focus on fresh whole foods, eating clean, healthy recipes, movement, mental health, self care tips and more!

Week 1: 

  • 1x 30 min workout: LIVE Monday’s 12-12:30pm (access to the recording too)

  • 1x 10 min mobility video (pre-recorded)

  • 1x Class in the Kitchen: LIVE Tuesday 7-7:30pm.  Tips on how to eat clean, what to avoid during this time, clean up the kitchen, manage your blood sugar and recipes for a gentle ‘cleanse’ (not an official cleanse, it simply is a great time of year to clean up the way you eat to feel better, increase energy and more!) and snack ideas.

  • 1x Self-care tip

  • Movement Tip of the week

Week 2: 

  • 1x 30 min workout LIVE Monday’s 12-12:30pm (access to the recording too)

  • 1x 10 min mobility video (pre-recorded)

  • 1x Class in the Kitchen: LIVE Tuesday 7-7:30pm.  How to make your own sprouts, green detox smoothie, meal smoothie options

  • 1x self care tip

  • Mental Health Tip of the week: Pre-recorded Yoga Class with special guest Martina Sedivec

  • Movement Tip of the week

Week 3: 

  • 1x 30 min workout LIVE Monday’s 12-12:30pm (access to the recording too)

  • 1x 10 min mobility video (pre-recorded)

  • 1x Class in the Kitchen: Meal detox recipes (pre-recorded)

  • Mental Health Tip of the week: Pre-recorded Meditation with special guest: Lauren Enright

  • 1x Self-care tip

  • Movement Tip of the week

Week 4:

  • 1x 30 min workout LIVE Monday’s 12-12:30pm (access to the recording too)

  • 1x 10 min mobility video (pre-recorded)

  • 1x Class in the Kitchen: Cleansing Green Kitchari Bowl (pre-recorded)

  • Mental Health Tip of the week: Pre-recorded Yoga with special guest Lauren Enright
