Pumpkin Spice Latte

We can’t do a warm drink challenge and not include a pumpkin spice latte in the month of October! This latte is a caffeine-free version.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oat milk or any plant based milk of choice

  • 1 tsp of your pumpkin spice blend or homemade mix

  • 1 tsp of pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp of honey or agave to sweeten

*Froth or blend and voila!

**I have made this without the pumpkin puree and its yummy too.

Pumpkin Spice Mix:

  • 3 Tbs of ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp of ground ginger

  • 1 tsp of nutmeg

  • 1 tsp of allspice

  • 1 1/2 tsp of cloves

*Put these ingredients in a mason jar or container to store
