Week 3: Hydrate Yourself Challenge

This week I wanted to give you ways to get in your water and hydrate through teas and what you eat!

Herbal teas are great to drink to bump up your water content and they don’t contain caffeine. My favourites: Rooibos, Chai, Mint, Chamomile…They are warming in this winter season but you can also make them into iced teas if you like that idea better! How to make your iced tea:

How to make your own:

  • Steep your tea

  • Once you have left your tea to steep for your liking, add a splash of lemon juice, fresh mint and a little honey to sweeten if needed!

  • Let cool, put in the fridge to cool or simply add a bunch of ice cubes to a glass if you don’t have time.

  • Once cooled, add your ice cubes and voila!

*Try it and let me know what is your fav homemade ice tea or warm herbal tea :)

Make this natural gatorade which is a family favourite in my household! Much better for the kids to drink this than the real one ;)
