Raspberry, Lime & Mint Natural 'Gatorade'

Here is a great recipe my whole family enjoys and I like to send with my kids to their soccer, tennis or other sporting activities especially during the hot summer days.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice (can substitute with lemon)

  • handful of frozen raspberries

  • 2 cups of filtered water

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 Tbs of maple syrup

  • 4 mint leaves (optional but fun)

  • Ice cubes

How to:

  • Put all the ingredients in a big water bottle or mason jar

  • Shake it up, add ice and you are good to go!
