Strawberry Fields Protein Smoothie

This is my fav summer smoothie…give it a try and let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 Tbs of flax (or you can use chia and/or hemp seeds)

  • splash of maple syrup

  • water (if you want a thick smoothie, add less water or you can add until your desired thickness)

*Blend until smooth!

**Omit protein powder if you want to keep it simple or serve to your kids ;)
