Vanilla Matcha Protein Smoothie

Wanted to share with you one of my go to smoothies….love the matcha for a boost & the protein for post-workout.

Ingredients:

-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I like Good Protein)

-1 cup of soy milk (or any milk of your choice)

-maple syrup if you need a sweetener (1 Tbs)

-ice cubes (optional)

**Put all of your ingredients into a blender. Blend it up until smooth and enjoy!
