Vegan Nog
It’s that time of year again! Making Vegan Nog & Apricots treats to share at the studio when you come for a training or class!
Here is the recipe for those of you who want to make it at home (or for those of you who are not in North Hatley area). It’s a great alternative to eggnog: healthier, lighter, less sweet but yummy ;)
**I will make a batch of both for those of you who will join me for our Snowshoe Fit Class mid-Jan in Montreal. Stay tuned for a date!
Ingredients:
-2 cups of soy milk (or any milk of choice…coconut milk would make it even creamier)
-1 tsp of nutmeg
-1 Tbs of cinnamon
-1 Tbs of maple syrup (or to your taste)
-splash of vanilla extract
**Add all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy :)
